1. The short version

• You can read the whole website without giving us any personal information.
• There are no accounts, and no payment is taken on this website.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
• The enquiry form does not send what you type to our servers. It writes a WhatsApp message for you, which reaches us only when you press send in WhatsApp.

2. What we receive

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive what you choose to tell us: typically your name, phone number, email address, the share and quantity you are asking about, and your message.

When you deal with us

Before any purchase or sale, the law requires us to verify who you are. The desk will ask you directly, not through this website, for the documents and details needed for that, such as proof of identity and address, your PAN, and your demat and bank account details.

When you browse

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record technical details of each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs to run and protect the service. We do not use them to identify you.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and contact you about it.
• To carry out a purchase or sale you ask for, and to settle it to your demat and bank accounts.
• To meet legal duties, including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks, tax, and record-keeping.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We rely on your consent when you send us an enquiry, and on our legal obligations and the needs of the deal you ask us to carry out for the rest. We will ask before sending you marketing, and you can say no at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as far as needed, with:

• service providers that work for us, such as our website host (Vercel Inc.) and the messaging and email services you use to reach us (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta);
• depositories, depository participants, our custodian, registrars and banks, to transfer shares and money for a deal;
• regulators, courts, tax and law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires it;
• our auditors and professional advisers, under a duty of confidence.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

5. Processing outside India

Some of these providers store or process information on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on them to protect it, and we follow any restrictions Indian law places on such transfers.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
• Deal and identity records: for the periods the law requires us to keep them.
• After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and limit access to people who need it for their work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

GrowFast will never ask for a password, a one-time passcode or a payment through this website. If someone claiming to be GrowFast asks for these, do not share them, and tell us on the numbers shown on the Contact page.

8. Your rights

Under Indian data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information of yours we hold and what we have done with it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing a consent you gave (this does not affect what was done before you withdrew);
• record someone you nominate to exercise these rights if you die or lose capacity.

To use any of these, write to us at the address in section 11. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add a new feature. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you where we can.
