1. Who we are

2. Who may use this website

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• The website is intended for people in India. It is not directed at anyone in a place where publishing it, or dealing in these shares, would be against the law. If you use it from outside India, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. What this website is, and is not

• The website gives information: a list of shares, indicative prices and published facts about companies.
• Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to subscribe, a prospectus, an advertisement of a public issue, or a commitment by GrowFast to buy or sell any share.
• No order is placed and no payment is taken on this website.
• A deal happens only when GrowFast's desk confirms it to you directly, after the checks the law requires (including verifying your identity and demat account) and on the documents agreed at that time. GrowFast may decline any enquiry or deal without giving a reason.
• This website is not a stock exchange, a trading platform or a marketplace between buyers and sellers.

4. Prices

• Every price shown is indicative, per share, in Indian rupees. It is not a quote and not a traded price.
• Prices can change at any time without notice and may differ from the price the desk confirms.
• A share being listed here does not mean it is available, or available in the quantity you want. Availability is confirmed by the desk.
• We take care over the prices, but mistakes can happen. A price shown in error does not bind GrowFast.
• The price and quantity the desk confirms to you in writing are the ones that apply to a deal.

5. No advice

• Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any share.
• Explanations of ratios, “what to check before you buy” and answers to common questions are general information. They do not take your circumstances into account.
• GrowFast does not act as your investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager through this website.
• Decide for yourself, and take independent professional advice, before you invest.

6. Risks you accept

• Unlisted, pre-IPO and delisted shares are not traded on a recognised stock exchange.
• They are illiquid. You may be unable to sell them when you wish, at the price you expect, or at all.
• Their prices can move sharply, and you can lose some or all of the money you invest.
• A company that is expected to list may list late, at a lower price, or never.
• Shares held before a listing may be locked in for a period after it under the rules in force at the time.
• The investor-protection and grievance arrangements of a stock exchange do not apply to these transactions.
• Tax on unlisted shares differs from tax on listed shares.

GrowFast does not promise or guarantee any return. Past prices do not indicate future prices.

7. Information about companies

• Figures and facts about companies come from published sources such as annual reports and regulatory filings. The source is named beside the figure where the page shows one.
• GrowFast has not audited or independently verified them. They may be out of date, incomplete or wrong.
• Ratios and values marked “calculated” are worked out from the indicative price and the published figures, and change when either does.
• Check the original documents before relying on any figure.

8. Company names and logos

Company names, logos and trade marks shown on this website belong to their owners. They are used only to identify the company whose shares are described. GrowFast is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies unless a page says so. If you own a name or logo shown here and want it changed or removed, write to info@growfastsec.com and we will act on it promptly.

9. Regulatory statements

• GrowFast holds a certificate of registration as a Non-Banking Financial Company. The Reserve Bank of India does not accept any responsibility or guarantee about the present position as to the financial soundness of the company, or for the correctness of any of the statements or representations made or opinions expressed by the company, or for the repayment of deposits or discharge of liabilities by the company.
• Registration with a regulator is not an endorsement of any share, price or transaction described on this website.
• Any deal is subject to the know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks the law requires.

10. Enquiries and WhatsApp

• “Inquire” and the enquiry form open a WhatsApp chat with GrowFast's desk. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.
• By sending an enquiry you agree that GrowFast may contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• An enquiry is not an order and does not oblige you or GrowFast to deal.
• GrowFast will never ask you to make a payment through this website. Confirm any payment instructions with the desk on the numbers shown on the Contact page.

11. Using the website properly

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish the price list or other content in bulk, or use it for a commercial purpose, without our written permission;
• present GrowFast's indicative prices as quotes, traded prices or valuations;
• interfere with the website, try to gain access you have not been given, or introduce harmful code;
• use the website for anything unlawful, or to mislead or impersonate anyone.

12. Our content

The design, text and arrangement of this website belong to GrowFast or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.

13. Links to other websites

Pages link to sources and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

14. No warranty

The website is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, GrowFast gives no warranty that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors, and may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

15. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, GrowFast, its directors and employees are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything shown on it, including indicative prices and information about companies. This includes indirect loss and loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

16. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the terms as changed.

17. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website or these terms.
